Year round Fergus, Elora and Arthur has a calendar full of events that include some of the most popular festivals in Ontario.

The Fergus/ Elora Studio Tour is completely free of charge. Participants have a chance to meet directly with the artists, and often see work not shown in gallery settings. The Tour allows visitors to see the working spaces of both established and emerging artists, from basements to studios. www.elorafergusstudiotour.ca

There is something for everyone to enjoy at he Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games. Hosted annually, the second full weekend in August, the festival offers music, heavy events, pipe bands, clans & highland dancing! During Monster Month there are monsters, screamers, goblins, ghouls and scary creatures of all shapes and sizes decorating the downtown streets of Elora and Fergus. Activities include monster displays, craft workshops, pumpkin carving, spooky story telling, tea-leaf reading, scary movies and much more horrific fun. Sensational Elora, started in 2008, is an annual 11-day event-filled festival featuring the music, art, drama, film, food, breathtaking scenery and heritage architecture for which Elora is renowned. www.sensationalelora.com
